Crystal Clinic Test Result Policy
All patients are expected to come back to Crystal Clinic for follow-up on test results as appropriate. At the end of having your test done, the testing facility will let you know when to expect your results to arrive at Crystal Clinic. Upon arrival of your tests results, they are reviewed by the physician and tests will be flagged for patient call back to the clinic as appropriate. In general most negative tests are NOT flagged for patient call back. It is up to the patient to return to Crystal Clinic to review all test results with the physician on duty.
For privacy reasons, we cannot give any test results over the phone or any other medium including fax and email.
